מימונה על מי ומה?

חג המימונה הוא בעצם החג המסורתי של יהודי מרוקו - הנחגג במוצאי חג הפסח. דלת הבית נשארת פתוחה לכל אדם , ללא שאלה מי הוא גם אם הוא זר . מקבלים כל אדם בברכת "תרבחו ותסעדו".

מדברים בפה מלא

בישול אמיתי וטוב הוא בישול שמרגישים את החומרים האיכותיים, את המגע האוהב והיד המקצועית שמנהלת את המערכה.
מטבח מרוקאי אמיתי הוא כזה שמרגישים בו בדיוק את כל מה שציינתי וגם את התיבול הכל כך מיוחד.

אני כל כך שמח שהיזמנתי מאלינור כמה מגשים של סוגים שונים של עוגיות למימונה. המגשים היו מסודרים וארוזיפ ממש יפה. כדאי לציין שמדובר במוצאי שבת שזה לא ממש קל, למרות זאת עמדה בזמנים. ובגלל שהעוגיות היו כל כך טעימות לא נשאר כלום במגשים.
אני מזמין רק מאלינור כדאי גם לכם.

טוב שמתראים בשמחות. חגגנו חינה והזמנו עוגיות מאלינור. עוגיות מרוקאיות אסליות יפהפיות וטעימות שהוסיפו לאירוע החגיגי והצבעוני. השולחן עם העוגיות היה מהודר ויפה ומאד הרשים את האורחים. תודה רבה אלינור ושנתראה רק בשמחות
